Part of my philosophy on injury rehabilitation is that the practitioner and client must work together to achieve a desired goal.  This must include reciprocal communication and feedback.  This is why I choose to spend 1 hour, one on one with my clients.  Empowering the client with knowledge and tools is part of my commitment to helping you restore and rebuild.

Manual therapy (Muscle Energy Technique, Joint Mobilizations, Soft Tissue Release, Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)

Therapeutic Modalities (Ultrasound, TENS, IFC, NMES, Heat/Cold, Cupping)

Guided exercise prescription and programming throughout injury, from early healing phase to return to sport

Full body approach to restoring pain-free full range of motion, improving mobility, flexibility and overall strength and performance
