injury prevention

Many of the injuries we experience are directly or indirectly associated with underlying dysfunction including weakness, hyper/hypo mobility, poor mechanics, fatigue and previous injury.  Preventing injury is about knowing what our vulnerabilities are, and addressing these with targeted training and solutions.

In depth, orthopaedic, functional and fitness assessments

Biomechanical analysis and feedback

Identification of weakness and/or dysfunction of joint, muscle, and biomechanics.

Individualized manual therapy and corrective exercise programming to restore flexibility, strength, mobility and efficient movement.

Dynamic mobility and stretching guidance.

Athletic Taping for acute injury and return to sport/activity.
